DELIVERY IN CHIȘINĂU
Orders under 500 MDL – delivery 70 MDL.
Orders from 500 MDL – free delivery.
Areas served: Centru, Botanica, Ciocana, Telecentru, Sculeni, Poșta Veche, Râșcani, Buiucani.

DELIVERY TO SUBURBS
Zone 1: Codru, Durlești, Dumbrava, Bubuieci, Aeroport – 70 MDL regardless of order amount.
Zone 2: Ialoveni, Băcioi, Cricova, Ciorescu, Vatra, Colonița, Stăuceni, Grătiești, Sângera, Piatra Albă – 100 MDL regardless of order amount.

DELIVERY HOURS
Monday – Friday: 12:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 12:00 – 17:00

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed on weekdays before 18:00 are delivered the same day or the next day, at the customer's choice.
Orders placed on Saturday after 17:00 and on Sunday are processed and delivered on Monday.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
The courier calls 20–30 minutes before arrival.
If you cannot receive the order on the delivery day, please notify the courier service.
Repeat delivery (if the recipient is absent at the agreed time) costs 70 MDL.
Items weighing up to 15 kg are delivered free of charge to your apartment door.

DELIVERY ACROSS MOLDOVA – NOVA POSHTA
Delivery time: up to 3 days (agreed with the operator).
Cost: orders up to 2 kg – from 60 MDL. The exact cost is confirmed by the operator.
Delivery follows the company truck's schedule and route (confirmed by the operator), within the locality specified on the route.
We will send you a tracking number to check the delivery status at https://novaposhta.md.

PAYMENT
Cash to the courier upon delivery.

RULES WHEN RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
1. Check that the product names and quantities match your order.
2. Unpack the parcel in the courier's presence and make sure you received the ordered item.
3. Check that the packaging is intact and undamaged.
4. Check that the product is intact and works properly.
5. By accepting the goods and making the payment, you confirm that you have no claims regarding the order.
